A global leading multinational corporation (MNC) is seeking an In-House

Legal Counsel

to join its expanding team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal guidance on risk management, contract management, compliance, and industrial relations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment and contribute to the company's continued growth and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and compliance matters. Draft, review, manage and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Support internal teams in risk management and dispute resolution. Assist in developing company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines. Work closely with stakeholders, external legal advisors, and regulatory authorities to align legal strategies with business objectives. Provide translation support for legal and business documents when needed.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law. 2 years +- of legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
