Responsibilities
- review and negotiate various types of commercial contract
- to provide legal advice on issues arising from day to day business operation
- ensure documents accurately reflect business and commercial concerns while complying with legal obligations.
- stay proactive in monitoring changes in relevant laws and regulations and adapt accordingly.
- any other tasks that assigned by general counsel or senior legal counsel
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of PQE either in corporate practice or in-house legal role
- good command of English
- willing to work for 6 months contract
This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
