JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute the organisation\'s legal, governance and compliance framework to align with the overall business objectives.
Draft, advise and review agreements including but not limited to services agreements, marketing agreements, tenancy agreements and etc.
Provide legal advices on the company\'s business activities.
Provide preliminary legal advices on all potential disputes/ complaints.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Law or equivalent with minimum 5 years post-qualified in-house experience in legal practice.
Experience in corporate and commercial laws, compliance and contract management
Preferably those who has experience in retail industry.
Meticulous, detail oriented, thorough and organized.
