Drafting, reviewing and revising in accordance with our global corporate standards and applicable laws + non-disclosure and similar confidentiality agreements
+ release/non-reliance and reliance letters
+ engagement letters
+ supplier agreements
Assisting in general corporate housekeeping matters Liaising with the Global Legal Team

Qualifications


A degree in law from a recognized university Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in an international law firm or the inhouse legal department of an international group of companies Strong communication skills and commitment to teamworking, high analytical capabilities, good understanding of the business Knowledge and experience in MS Office Excellent command of written and spoken English; other languages spoken in our global business regions (e.g., Chinese, German, French) are a plus Highest professional standards, including with a view to confidentiality
