Junior Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management & Review

Review all contracts arising from Procurement activities and RfP (Request for Proposal) processes Draft legal clauses and perform redlining using approved templates Prepare, update, and maintain contract templates and ensure alignment with standard documentation Monitor and track legal document revisions and maintain legal trackers

Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with internal stakeholders, including the delivery team and business units, to ensure legal clarity and alignment Coordinate and support vendor registration processes with external parties
#

Regulatory, Compliance & Corporate Support

Support internal

Data Protection

compliance initiatives across the region Assist with

MOF (Ministry of Finance)

applications, insurance renewals, and matters related to entity incorporation Ensure legal compliance across operational processes and documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification Preferably admitted to the Bar, or holds CLP/equivalent professional certification (optional but an advantage) Strong command of

Mandarin and English

, with excellent reading, writing, and communication skills in both languages Detail-oriented with strong analytical and drafting abilities Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
