Job Description

• Bachelor degree or above in law related major from key universities at home and abroad, passed the unified national judicial examination, have the legal Professional Qualification Certificate A.
• More than 10 years of legal work experience, with well-known law firm or large manufacturing company legal work experience, familiar with internal operation mechanism and process.
• Have rich legal professional knowledge and skills and rich legal affairs management and practical experience in China.
• Have expertise in international law, civil and commercial law research, can independently deal with various legal affairs.
• English can be used as working language, overseas study experience is preferred, legal work experience in foreign enterprises is preferred.
• Strong learning ability, communication and coordination ability, initiative in work and strong execution.

• Accurately identify, evaluate and prevent legal compliance risks in the company\'s operation and management, and provide comprehensive legal compliance guarantee for the company\'s development.

• Provided end-to-end legal support for major projects of the company.
• Handled all kinds of daily legal compliance consulting, contract drafting, review, negotiation, etc.
• Lead the company to handle all kinds of disputes, lawsuits or arbitration cases.
• Responsible for contract management, license management, seal management, authorization management, corporate governance and other legal systems.
• Degree and process building and continuous improvement.
• Conduct business-related legal compliance research and output.
• Company legal compliance publicity and training.
