JOB DESCRIPTION

• 
  \xe2\x80\x93 To safeguard the legal rights and interests of the Group of companies and provide legal advice to Management according to best legal practices.
  \xe2\x80\x93 Ensure maximum protection of the company\xe2\x80\x99s rights and to advise matters as per best legal practices.
  \xe2\x80\x93 Assist in drafting and/or review contracts, agreements, legal documents, letters, public statements, publication material, and handle litigation matters.
  \xe2\x80\x93 Assist in coordinating with external lawyers in all legal matters including documentations, litigations and dispute resolution.
  \xe2\x80\x93 Work closely with various departments pertaining to legal, debt collection, purchasing department, tender and commercial matters.
  \xe2\x80\x93 Assist on accreditation matters.
  \xe2\x80\x93 Perform administrative, secretarial, and filing tasks while maintaining confidentiality and security of information.
  \xe2\x80\x93 Other assignments as and when given by the Management.

• 
  \xe2\x80\x93 Possess Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from reputable universities;
  \xe2\x80\x93 At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  \xe2\x80\x93 Certificate in Legal Practice \xe2\x80\x93 CLP will be an added advantage;
  \xe2\x80\x93 Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Commercial Laws & Practice;
  \xe2\x80\x93 Experienced in corporate and litigation matters;
  \xe2\x80\x93 Proven experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
