What You'll Do:
? Provide legal guidance on corporate matters, contracts, and compliance issues.
? Review and draft legal documents to ensure clarity and compliance with applicable laws.
?? Represent the company in negotiations and dispute resolutions.
?? Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the business operations.
? Collaborate with various departments to minimize legal risks.
? Conduct training sessions for staff on legal best practices.
What We're Looking For:
? A degree in law (LLB) and admission to the Malaysian Bar.
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate legal environment.
? Strong understanding of commercial contracts and regulatory frameworks.
? Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
