Post: Legal cum Admin Clerk * s - Attendance to preparation of documents, follow up, status reports, client contact and updating as required - Attendance to stamping, land registry/office matters, Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia submissions - Assisting in office operations and administration - Receiving and attending to incoming calls, incoming mail (including despatch) and visitors - Attending to all matters and activities in the operation and running of the office and administration of the firm - Attending to book-keeping and accounts of the firm - Attending to and keeping of records of payments and receipts - Attending to banking matters - Assisting in para legal matters where necessary Receiving and attending to incoming calls, incoming mail (including despatch) and visitors * Qualifications and Requirements: - Experience in banking and conveyancing is preferred but not imperative - Ability to adapt to work requirements of the firm - Ability to keep deadline for completion of matters - Adapt in the use of computers and online transactions - While experience in admin and accounts work relating to a legal firm is an advantage, it is not imperative - Ability to keep and attend to records and work on a updated and on time basis - Adapt in the use of computers and online transactions Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Education:
