- Assisting co sec and legal operation team
- Corporate secretary and governance: Help manage and catalogue the company\'s records and document processes in preparation for the company to automate these processes
- Legal operations: Help to catalogue the company templates and approval flows in preparation for the company to automate these processesRequirements- Bachelor or above degree in law from England, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia or similar common law jurisdiction.
- 1 to 2 years of working experience
- Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is preferred
