Job Description

Provide expert legal advice and support to management on aviation-related matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the organization's interests. Conduct legal research and analysis on aviation laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure ongoing organizational compliance. Assist in developing and implementing corporate governance policies and best practices to enhance compliance and risk management. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address legal inquiries and resolve disputes efficiently. Monitor changes in aviation legislation and regulations, advising the management on necessary adjustments to policies and procedures. Represent the organization in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other forums as required. Develop and deliver training to staff on legal matters and compliance requirements.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent, a professional legal qualification is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role and experience in the aviation sector is highly desirable. Comprehensive understanding of aviation laws, regulations, and industry practices. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices.
