We are looking for a legal executive who is integral to the functioning of a legal department, providing essential support in legal proceedings, compliance, and contract management, which help safeguard the organization\'s legal and business interests.Requirements:1. Bachelor\'s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.2. In depth knowledge of corporate law and related matters3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 2 years of experience in a related field is beneficial.4. Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.5. Strong skills in Microsoft Office.6. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines.8. Proficiency in GPT is a plus point.Responsibilities1. Draft, proofread, and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, term sheets, and legal correspondences.2. Integrate AI and GPT technology into daily operations to optimize performance and decision-making.3. Identify legal and commercial risks in agreements or commercial ventures.4. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.5. Support in general litigation matters, if any.6.
