About the Company:
Our client is a Hong Kong based Renewable Energy and Semiconductor Manufacturing Company and expanding their network in Malaysia. They are seeking for a Legal Executive to join our dynamic team.
- Role: Legal Executive
- Remuneration: Max MYR 5000
- Location: Penang, Malaysia
- Assisting the legal department on the administration of contracts and legal documents.
- Reviewing, drafting and proof-reading legal contracts and legal documents.
- Providing administrative assistance to the legal department as well as other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
- Implementing and managing a risk and compliance monitoring program for the Company.
- Assisting in the project compliance and licensing.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Law
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong communication ability and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in cloud-based tools and Microsoft Office Suite
