Job description

Draft and review agreements/contracts/terms of engagements/letter to authorities and other legal documents.
Ensure all contracts are made in compliance with standards and law.
Ensure proper execution of contracts, agreements and legal documents.
Ensure proper management and administration of legal documents.
Provide practical legal advice and opinion when necessary.
Attend and represent the company in contract negotiations and meetings.
Prepare legal report and business proposal to Management.
Undertake such other duties/reponsibilities as assigned from time to time by the HOD.
Support HOD in liaising with an external lawyer and other external parties on all legal matters.

Job Requirements:

Must have experience in Corporate or in-house. Litigation background is an advantage.
At least 1-2 Years of working experience in-house or in legal firms.
Able to work under pressure.
Willing to travel an outstation in a short notice.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Knowledge in legal matters with excellent communication.
Possess own transport and valid driving license.
Able to work in team and independently whenever needed and meet the deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
