Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents. Provide legal advice on various aspects of the company's operations, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and debt recovery. Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution processes, including handling debt recovery claims and proceedings. Conduct legal research and provide insights on emerging laws and regulations, especially those affecting debt recovery and collections. Lead legal efforts in debt recovery, including drafting demand letters, initiating legal proceedings, and liaising with external debt recovery agencies if necessary. Develop and implement debt recovery strategies and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure legal compliance in debt recovery and other matters. Assist in the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures. Maintain proper documentation and ensure the confidentiality of legal files and records.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
