Responsibilities
Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure the company's practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Provide legal support and advice to management on corporate, commercial, and operational civil/criminal matters.
Liaise with external lawyers, regulators, and government authorities when required.
Conduct legal research and keep management informed on changes in laws and regulations.
Assist in dispute resolution, litigation, and legal proceedings.
Maintain proper records of legal documents and case files.
Support company secretarial duties, including board resolutions and compliance filings.
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2- 5 years of working experience in a legal or corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law.
able to speak Chinese

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
