Legal Manager
Job Description
Open Position: Legal Manager A reputable company is seeking experienced Legal Manager to join them in their Penang office. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Conduct research and analysis on a wide range of legal subjects, including corporate matters, sales and purchase contracts, and customer contracts.
\xc2\xb7 Facilitate communication and coordination between internal stakeholders and external legal teams.
\xc2\xb7 Take the lead in ensuring legal and contractual compliance, specifically in areas such as banking facilities and warranties.
\xc2\xb7 Conduct comprehensive review and analysis of commercial agreements, including those with suppliers and customers, as well as contract tender and project documents.
\xc2\xb7 Provide comprehensive support for mergers and acquisitions activities. Key requirements include: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor Degree of Law (LLB) and established expertise as a Legal Counsel.
\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, Intellectual property and data protection laws.
