About the job Legal ManagerAbout the company:xefxbbxbfOur client, the largest public bus provider in Johor, was established with the aim of delivering an efficient and sustainable public transport system for the community.Responsibilities:
- xefxbbxbfReview, draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
- Preparation and facilitate corporate legal matters
- Provide legal advice on issues that arose from operations to the management and assess the impact of such issues on business
- Liaise with external solicitors for advice and representation
- Participate in private and government project tender activities
- Assist directors and managers on all other aspects
- xefxbbxbfBachelors Degree in Law or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Admitted to the bar
- At least 5 years of experience in legal practice and/or in-house
- Familiar with Malaysia law and Singapore law
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills with attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
