Work Location: Cyberjaya Contract Duration: 6 months Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm Offered Salary: RM 6,500 - RM 7,000

Key Responsibilities:

Analysing third party risk as part of the integrity due diligence requirements and providing tailored and risk-based advice on mitigations; Working with the businesses and functions to explain the end-to-end integrity due diligence requirements and ensure these are understood by the contract holders and contract owners and CP leads; Identification of opportunities to simplify and improve efficiencies in the processes around integrity due diligence and wider E&C compliance;

Knowledge and Experience:

Strong influencing and communication skills (written, oral, presentation, interpersonal) that are effective in diverse business cultures. Experience in working across organisational levels, with cross-functional and cross-business teams. Good planning and organising skills, able to manage multiple priorities and tasks and have an eye for detail. Experience of understanding and taking account of business drivers and needs. The ability to do risk management in a live business setting. Able to operate under pressure and to stand up in the face of conflict or resistance. Experience working across businesses and functions and across cultures and geographies. At least 5 years relevant working experience. Excellent formal written and oral communication skills in English language are essential. Fluency in Chinese will be great asset.
