Responsibilities:1) Assisting lawyers in handling conveyancing files including sub-sale, project and loan documentations2) To handle administrative duties in related to the conveyancing department inclusive but not limited to drafting simple correspondences, filing, data entry, opening and closing of files and monitoring incoming emails and calls.3) To maintain proper records/filing of correspondences and documents inclusive but not limited to mails, fax distribution, draft documents etc4) Any other duties as may be reasonably expected and required by the firm which commensurate with the level of post.Requirements:1) At least have 3 to 5 years experience in handling Conveyancing files ie Subsale cases and loan documentation for several Bank (Maybank Berhad and CIMB Bank Berhad)2) Able to work independently with minimum supervision3) To prepare the monthly update , whenever required by Partner4) Able to communicate and liaise with Client personallySalary: Salary and benefits will be commensurate based on experience. *please submit your updated resume with pictures *Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From RM2,500.00 per monthBenefits:
