Job Description


We are a law firm located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia specializing in commercial advisory, corporate practice & litigation with a positive working environment. The Role You Will Be Responsible For Operation: photocopy, send and receive correspondences, filing documents, opening & closing of the office. Administrative: Taking calls, following up, arranging appointments, and entering events into the calendar. Finance- issue invoices and follow up on payment, arrange bills, and issue receipts on payment. Generate reports Customer service- follow up on the customer. Other duties as assigned from time to time. Ideal Profile Graduated with at least a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent. Fluent in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese speaking will be an added advantage in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. Polite and well-mannered. Detailed, responsible, and accountable. Computer and Microsoft Office- Word and Excel literate.
