We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join us! To do what As a Legal Secretary, you will play a key role within Sleek by helping business owners and entrepreneurs start their projects with the registration of legal entities and the ongoing governance management! More specifically Incorporation, annual maintenance and deregistration of Hong Kong companies Preparation of minutes, resolutions, annual return, AGM etc Updating and maintaining statutory filings and corporate records Changing in company structure / particulars e.g. shareholdings and directorships Work with accounting team and auditors to ensure clients\' companies are in good compliance Advise external and internal clients on company secretarial matters, also handling non statutory matters such as due diligence or regular review Requirements Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and Cantonese mandatory (non proficient applicants will not be considered) Degree or diploma in Business Administration/Corporate Governance or a related discipline 1-3 years of related company secretarial experience in a professional firm or law firm (for HK or SG companies) Basic knowledge of corporate secretarial law and familiar with Companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies Excellent written and spoken English Independent, meticulous, proactive, attentive to details, self-motivated, keen to learn Willing to take on new challenges and excellent communication skills with people Benefits Our values are: Simplicity, Loyalty, Excellence, Entrepreneurship, Kindness We take corporate social responsibility very seriously at company level and absorb the yearly carbon footprint of all of our employees Multicultural team with 17+ nationalities and as many languages spoken internally Remote work by default A pool of MYR 1,200/year of Health & Benefits At Sleek, we work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
