Position: Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Working Duration: 12 months contract (Renewable based on performance)
Working Location: 1, First Avenue, Petaling Jaya, 47800, Selangor
Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday; 10am - 7pm.
Salary: Basic up to RM12,000 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance
Get to Know the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will establish a talent acquisition foundation and hire for Grab's diverse businesses and tech families. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and work onsite at our First Avenue office in Malaysia.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Join us in strategizing and accomplishing recruitment plans to attract top-tier candidates.
Build recruitment plans and strategies with the hiring team and lead the end-to-end recruitment process to achieve hiring goals including sourcing management.
Adopt strategies to solve complex recruitment situations and make informed decisions through data insights.
Perform hiring predominately in Malaysia and cross-country hiring globally.
Master our recruitment resources, tools, and channels to improve sourcing strategies; such as the use of an Applicant tracking system, PowerBI and sourcing platforms.
Contribute to talent acquisition programs through leading program plans and tasks.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
5 or more years of experience with in-house Talent Acquisition and/or recruitment agency experience specialising in non-tech and tech recruitment across Southeast Asia or other regions.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process
Experience in project managing and organising multiple job requisitions, candidates, and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
Experience interpreting complex data, identifying patterns, providing insights, and formulating solutions to solve bottlenecks in the recruitment process with data.
Experience navigating and adapting to new technologies, strategies and changes in the job market.
Build relations, interpret needs, and engage with the hiring team across all levels of the organisation.
You have experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas

Ideally a mix of recruitment agency and in-house experience.
