• Two-year developmental programme which includes two or three rotations that combine on-the-job learning with formal training opportunities across our businesses.

About you and what will make you stand out

• Fresh graduate with relevant tertiary qualifications (i.e. Communications, Journalism, Advertising/ Media, Marketing, with minors in Business- or Data Science/ Analytics-related)
• Or less than 1 year working experience
• Fresh graduates welcomed those with some working experience will be an advantage
• An interest in graphic design including video production and/or VBA for Excel
• Enjoy interacting with a diverse range of individuals.
• Motivated by challenge and change whilst driven to deliver results through your resourcefulness.
• Passionate, motivated and driven to make a difference, with a commitment to safety, sustainability and diversity.
• Commercial acumen with a focus on business facilitation, exemplary work ethic and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think broadly across a problem and propose creative innovative solutions.
• Able to operate individually or as a group in a team working environment.
