Job Description
Open Position: Level 3 Windows Engineer (MNC Company)An MNC company is currently hiring for Level 3 Windows Engineer to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.Key responsibilities include:
- Good experience in supporting and administrating Office365, AD, virtualization and infrastructure platforms such as Cloud, HyperV, VDI and etc
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge in Backup, Cloud, Server, Storage with experience in Windows environment
- Good experience in change, request and incident management process with ability to identify areas of improvement and implementing bigfix and long term solutions
- Consistent monitoring to ensure all services are functioning and accessible at all times without interruptions
- Good experience in participating/leading project rollouts through planning, testing and implementation phases to meet business objective
- Having professional certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, MCTS and VMWare would be added advantage
- Good communication skills and enjoys working in a team-based environment
