Collect and catalog library resources including books, films, and publications.

Assist in location reference and leisure reading materials.

Maintain library records and ensure they are updated.

Perform regular audits of the information and inventory on file.

Educate patrons on utilising the library databases and resources

Manage budgeting, planning, and employee activities.

Oversee the checkout process for books and other resource materials.

Clarify the use of library amenities and provide information about library policies.

Make sure the library meet the needs of precise group of users.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least SPM, or in any fields or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Words

Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM3,835.23 per month
