About Our Client



Our client is a designer toy company based in Hong Kong, specializing in high-quality collectible toys and toy-related products through collaborations with artists worldwide, while also integrating sales, marketing, and licensing strategies to expand local and international markets.

Job Scope:



Support Licensing Managers in the administration and execution of license agreements. Manage daily licensing operations, including tracking agreement status and updates. Coordinate with Regional Finance on royalty reporting and licensing-related financial analysis. Liaise with the Creative Approval team to monitor licensees' product development progress. Communicate with licensees to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support for licensing activities as needed.

Requirements:



Degree or above in Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum

3 years of relevant experience

in licensing, contract administration, or related fields. Fluent in

English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

. Proficient in

Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

. Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle contractual, financial, and operational information accurately.
