Lead and manage the licensing team for Commercial & Industrial projects to meet the company target.
Setup the workflow and manage documentation that able to meet the ISO 9001.
Be the liaison to deal and obtain approval with all the local authorities (SEDA, CIDB, TNB, ST, MGTC, Majlis, JKR, OSC and etc).
Maintain the good relationship with local authorities.
Provides regulatory guidance and support to engineers in developing technical requirements for the Northern ensuring compliance with Authority regulatory frameworks.
Takes ownership of portions of regulatory activities (certifications, permits, approvals, and licenses associated with the Northern) ensuring milestones are met.
Work closely with Business Development and Project team to obtain all the approval from local authorities.
Assist Top Management to link up with local authority.
