Job Description

As a Lifecycle & Brand Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for driving customer retention while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. This role blends customer lifecycle marketing (CRM, retention, automation) with brand storytelling (campaigns, product launches, content).

You will play a pivotal role in shaping Trapo's customer experience, ensuring every campaign not only strengthens loyalty and engagement but also drives measurable business impact--while staying true to Trapo's brand voice.

Key Responsibilities



1. Customer Lifecycle & Retention

Design, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, cross-sell, churn prevention). Own and deliver on retention KPIs such as repeat purchase rate, churn rate, and CRM revenue contribution. Segment customers based on value, recency, and product affinity to deliver personalized journeys.
2. Brand Messaging & Communications

Ensure Trapo's brand voice is consistent across CRM, ad copy, social media, and offline activations. Draft compelling copy for campaigns, taglines, press releases, and product launches.Collaborate with creative and social teams to align execution with brand positioning.
3. Product Content & Launch Support

Write engaging and persuasive product descriptions for Trapo's website, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Prepare clear content briefs for the design team, highlighting features, tone, and relevant keywords Ensure every new product is launch-ready with a complete content pack.
4. Omnichannel Integration (Offline ? Online)

Capture and nurture offline activation leads through CRM follow-up journeys. Drive online-to-offline conversions (e.g., "buy online, install at Trapo Hub"). Align e-commerce CRM pushes with broader lifecycle campaigns for a seamless experience.
5. Reporting & Optimization

Track CRM and retention KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis. Build dashboards and provide actionable insights for the Head of Marketing.Run A/B tests on subject lines, timing, and messaging to optimize performance.

Job Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or brand communications. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across multiple formats (CRM, ads, social, PR). Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.Experience working with e-commerce and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is a plus. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
