Job Summary - Lifeguard (Hotel Industry)
The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests using the hotel's swimming pools and recreational water facilities. This role includes monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, preventing accidents, and providing immediate response and first aid in case of emergencies. The Lifeguard also assists in maintaining pool cleanliness, conducting routine safety checks, and supporting guest satisfaction by delivering professional and attentive service.
Experience (Preferred):
Prior experience as a lifeguard, preferably in hotels, resorts, or recreational facilities. Certified in Lifeguard Training, CPR, and First Aid (mandatory). Strong swimming skills and ability to remain alert and vigilant at all times. Good communication skills with a guest-oriented attitude. Knowledge of pool maintenance and safety regulations is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
