Give excellent and personalised customer service while handling treatments and consultations.
Determine and knowledgeable on any promotion/product launches or any new happening.
Maintain hygiene and equipment and sample inventory of products.
Acknowledge and respond to customer enquiries, needs, and expectations.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Spa Manager.
Strong administrative and organization skills
Familiarity in sales will be considered an asset.
Good knowledge of English language.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
