  • Provide effective leadership to all associates under your supervision.
  • Ensures and oversees guest satisfaction and smooth coordination of all services within the Spa, Swimming Pool, Gymnasium and Recreation Lounge areas for the complex.
  • Coordinate with Public Area Attendants on the cleaning schedules the Spa, Swimming Pool, Gymnasium and Recreation Lounge and ensure that these areas are well maintained at all times.
  • Ensure there is sufficient manning coverage for the Spa, Swimming Pool and Gymnasium areas.
  • Always demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
  • Develop and review standard operating procedures from time to time and ensure it is fully complied with.
  • Develop and maintain adequate professional product program.
  • Develop and maintain retail product program.
  • Ensure all areas of the Spa are kept clean and well maintained at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation governing the operation of a Spa facility.
  • Ensure the health and safetyof guests and associates are paramount at all times.
  • Interact with guests and walk-in customers in a professional, well-mannered and friendly manner.
  • Conduct Spa tours to new clients/guests.
  • Handle guest request and complaints and share vital information with the Complex General Manager for the purpose of improving guests/customers satisfaction.
  • Build good, professional relationships with all guests/customers and deal with any queries with the objective of offering the guests/customers a \xe2\x80\x9cFULL\xe2\x80\x9d service.
  • Assist the Spa Therapists in providing consultations when necessary.
  • Formulate and provide optimum service through staff training, coaching, feedback and ensuring staffing level.
  • Initiate maintenance of the facilities and equipment of the areas under your supervision.
  • Monitor operations budgets and ensure all costs/sales commission are strictly controlled.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and identify areas for further development and improvement.
  • Prepare monthly reports and ensure timely submission.
