• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in lift maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical components in lift systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and fix faults efficiently.
• Familiar with DOSH and lift safety compliance standards.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a valid driver's license and willing to travel to multiple sites.
• Safety-conscious, reliable, and committed to maintaining high-quality work standards.

• Conduct routine lift maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, and adjustments, to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults using appropriate tools and methods to identify root causes and apply effective solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Respond promptly to lift breakdowns and emergency situations, carrying out repairs to restore operation efficiently.
• Strictly adhere to safety regulations (e.g., DOSH) and company protocols during all maintenance and repair tasks.
• Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance findings, parts used, and actions taken.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and your immediate superior to resolve complex issues and improve system reliability.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and equipment in good working condition to ensure readiness for field assignments.
