Performmaintenance , repairs , and troubleshooting*of elevators,and related equipment. Inspect and repair control systemss,motors,brakes,wiring,and lighting circuits*in compliance with safety codes. Diagnosemalfunctions using control systems,motors,brakes,wiring,and lighting circuits*in compliance with safety codes Disasemble,clean,and replace faulty components (controllers,switches,generators,etc).
Conductpower demand tests*to prevent overload risks. Performgeneral lift & escalator servicingas requaired.
Completeemergency repairs*promptly and effciantly.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experince in elevator/lift maintenance & repair*. Basic knowledge of electrical circuits,hydraulics,and mechanical systems* Ability to work indipendenthly*and handle urgent service calls. Can start immediately*(higly preferred). Willingness to perform ad-hoc dutiesas assigned
