Job Description
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
- 1-2 years experience are required.
- Conceptualization of lighting design ideas.
- Advanced skills in Relux to do simulations for indoor and outdoor lux calculations.
- Well versed in all relevant software e.g. AutoCAD & Relux.
- Tabulation of quantities for project tender.
- Lighting design for tender submission
- Lighting design skills to apply the right luminaire for the right situation.
- Presentation of interior designing with Relux.
- EPF / SOCSO / EIS
- Medical and Hospitalization Leave
- Annual leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labor Law
