Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position: Line Control Engineer Your Responsibilities Review shipment dashboard by shift . Update Gantt chart /recovery plan/other\'s in list. Kanban setting and follow-up status at each production station. Updated priority by shift. Comprehensive analysis, the reason of not meeting the target in shift. Monitor and highlight abnormality that impact real time output. Monitor and highlight machine\'s abnormality. Monitor / coordinate WIP and daily output. Comprehensive analysis, the reason for not meeting the target within shift. Monitor, highlight overdued Waiting time lot and assist production meeting output target. Timely processing on hold or High risk lot. Manage high WIP step and make appropriate judgement to reduce WIP. Handle all important Planning related issue during night shift. This includes skip step/change film/change work flow/print lot traveler. Your Profile Bachelors\' Degree in Manufacturing or equivalent. Experience in Production Planning. Able to work in shift pattern schedule (12 hours rotating) Good Computer skills - MS Office Package (Power Point & Excel). Able to work under a stressful environment. Able to work in clean room environment. Good communication skills. Able to work within groups inter department.
