Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing work schedules and assigning workers production line tasks.
- Evaluating incoming orders and setting up the production line accordingly.
- Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
- Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner.
- Training and supervising new production line workers.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that orders are completed on time.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM level or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 02 years production line experience in a related industry.
- Required language(s): Malay & English. Proficient in both written and spoken English will be an added advantage
- Detail and result orientated and proactive problem solver, poses sense of urgency and commitment to achieve targeted goals.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills, and proficiency in computer and office software.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Alor Gajah
