Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

To ensure the raw materials and ingredients received as per the MTN and SMTN issued. Responsible in setting up the processing lines and machines according to SOP for each and every production run. To ensure the processing parameters such as par frying temperature & time, deglazing temperature & time and freezing temperature & time is in accordance to the specification. Responsible in assigning task to workers for each station. To monitor and ensure the loading efficiency is in accordance to the standard. To maintain and ensure the raw materials and ingredient are available and sufficient during the processing. To monitor and ensure the CCP i.e. battermix temperature and/or sulfite residues is monitored in accordance to the standard. To attend and coordinate during machinery breakdown. To ensure the products are produced according to the product specification. To maintain the hygiene & cleanliness and plant structure of raw material receiving and processing area in accordance to the SSOP. To monitor and handle the reject and wastage for raw materials finished products and ingredients. To ensure the production operators comply with personnel hygiene. To verify and submit the raw material and ingredient wastage records to production supervisor on time for each and every production run. Responsible for acquisition and maintenance of machines, equipments and utensils. To check and verify the production records before submit to the supervisor. To monitor the performance and discipline of the workers. To buy off the printing of production code, best before date, batch no and the species printed on the packaging in accordance to the specification on hourly basis. To maintain hygiene and cleanliness of flake ice machine. Responsible to guide and lead workers in conducting their daily job responsibility Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED:-

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM or STPM or Diploma in related field or equivalent.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of production supervising experience.
