Requirements
Position: Technical Operator/Line Leader
Status: 12-month contract under PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Renewable upon business needs)
Company Background: Equipment Device Assembly
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8:00AM - 8:00PM (6:00PM - 8:00PM is OT) Location: Taman Perindustrian Gemilang, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor Darul Ta'zim, Malaysia
Basic Salary: RM1850
Allowances: Transportation RM5.50/day, Attendance RM6/day (applicable only if full day of working)
Payout Date: 7th / Cut Off Date: 28th / Cut Off Date For OT: 15th
Requirements:
1. Minimum SPM qualification.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
5. Willing to work long hours and perform overtime when required.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage production line operators to meet daily output targets.
2. Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
3. Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
4. Train new staff on operational and safety protocols.
5. Maintain accurate records of production and attendance.
6. Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues.
7. Enforce safety rules and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment.
