- Supervising and motivating a group of team members;
- Ensures that goods and services are produced efficiently;
- Ensure line member follow working procedure / Instruction / Rules & Regulation;
- Responsible to assess training needs;
- Responsible to perform training effectiveness evaluation;
- Take part in conducting On Job Training;
- Responsible to ensure line members record Inspection Report in Process Record;
- Responsible to check and maintain related machines & equipments;
- To undertake jobs as assigned by superiors from time to time.
