Job Description


: 1. Completes daily tasks properly and effectively. 2. Collaborating with team member to ensure daily tasks completion. 3. Reporting daily outcome from department including issues raised. 4. Ensure Health & Safety policy is followed by everyone on site. 5. Ensure cleanliness & hygiene protocols are followed. 6. Able to work under pressure and tight schedule. 7. Support the Shift Supervisor to:

  • Arrange, supervise and organize manpower to required by work station.
  • Keep attendance records.
  • Record overtime attendance.
  • Advise management of any lateness or poor worker attitude.
  • Control worker movement in/out from factory.
Requirements: 1. At least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or experiences in agriculture field or any related field. 2. Good skills in basic Mathematics. 3. Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English & Malay, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary. 4. Able to do heavy works with no serious health issues such as allergies and history of major injury. 5. Has good attention to details and handling meticulous tasks very carefully. 6. Experience with handling living things or any agricultural products. 7. Strong understanding of Malaysian Health and safety standards and regulations. 8. Able to understand, follow & conduct the tasks given in the time frame given to you. 9. Dynamic, hard working, proactive and energetic individual. 10. Able to complete work independently when required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month Benefits:
