Job Description
- Preferably Diploma or Degree in manufacturing or in related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to communicate either in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication skill and able to coordinate with all production staff.
- Ensure the quality of the product was according to specification.
- Ensuring that the Quality System ISO 9001: 2015 is maintained.
- To ensure general 5S activities on the floor being carried out.
- To ensure all supporting production reports to be carried out.
- Programming and setting the machines.
- Ensure incoming / outgoing of finished goods / raw materials are in order.
- To monitor daily productivity vs target (shift)
- To execute any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
- Morning meeting with Production Supervisor.
- To conduct on OJT training for operators and sub-con.
