Responsibilities

Lead a team of production line workers to meet daily targets. Set up machinery and ensure it is running smoothly throughout the shift. Monitor production output and ensure products meet company quality standards. Train new team members on line procedures and safety protocols. Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor. Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and shift reports. Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams as needed. Motivate team members and promote a positive working environment. Enforce company policies and procedures consistently and fairly. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available. Language Bahasa Melayu & English Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment (leadership experience preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor team members. Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
