Line Technician
Job Description
Daily Task
- Take the cycle time for each process at production line
- Do Calibration for computer and printer
- Repair and troubleshooting the jig
- Line conversion and setup
- Troubleshoot, investigate and take preventive actions to overcome technical issue in production process.
- Ensure equipment operating environment are safe.
- Assist Line leader on production process and technical issue
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior
- Ensure proper maintenance and proper functional of equipment to support production to achieve desirable quality and output
- Do the repair , rework and troubleshooting PCBA
- Do the daily acoustic test
- Train operator the process of assembly and testing on new model
- Printing label
- Update checklist of torque and soldering
- Find the root cause and feedback to line leader & engineer
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
