The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
:
Assist in planning and monitoring daily linehaul trips across regions. Support real-time tracking of trips, highlighting delays or exceptions to the team. Help in preparing daily/weekly operational performance reports. Conduct basic data analysis to identify patterns and improvement areas. Coordinate with linehaul team members to ensure smooth execution of transport schedules.Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Strong interest in transportation/logistics planning. * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
