Linen Assistant (male)
Job Description
Supervise the daily activities of the Outsourced Housekeeping department to ensure all task were done as per policy and procedure.
Ensure the highest degree of internal and external patient/client satisfaction on cleaning and linen quality.
Segregate the clean linen and dirty linen for whole hospital and sort in user department and central linen store.
Monitoring of housekeeping inventory.
Conduct random inspections of user area of linen storage and arrangement of linen.
Provide monthly report on linen including stock up, reject linen, and inventory of linen on all the department.
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness of linen.
To have contingency plan in case of shortage of linen.
Make sure the weight been record in the system on tracking.
Record the weight reading and witness with outsource vendor during delivery of clean linen.
Make sure the weight reading for clinical waste and submitted the reading to housekeeping clerk.
Make sure the clean linen should be covered with proper trolley
Make sure the dirty linen is transport down to dirty utility with proper way
Report to manager whatever not compliance of the dirty linen was use by end user.
Perform other duties as required by superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
