Position Summary: You as the Public Attendant / Room Attendant Housekeeping, you are charged with maintaining the cleanliness of all public spaces within the hotel. You will need to ensure that all public areas are kept clean or any rubbish and is well presented as per the hotel standards. The ideal candidate will have to have a positive attitude and image, must be pleasant and friendly. You would be required to work varying shifts throughout the week and weekend to help with the business / operational needs of the hotel. Shall any issues arise during your shift it must be reported to Quality Keepers. Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle Staff Uniform
Cleaning Office Facilities / Canteen/ Toilets etc
Tailoring Skills required
Vacuuming, cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping and polishing all public areas, and Guest Room as directed by your Quality Keepers or Housekeeping Manager
Stock and sort supplies
Emptying trash containers
Ensure security and privacy of guests
Following hotel guidelines and policies to ensure highest level of service provided for the customer
Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs
Updating Quality Keepers of any discrepancies and progress of your cleaning
Ensure a proper handover is conducted for the following shift
Flexible work hours and weekend shifts will be required (possible overnight shifts)
Desired Qualifications:
SPM or STPM or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel related.
1 year of previous Linen/ Uniform/ Public Area / Room Cleaning experience preferred
