Job Description

:

• As part of Atlas Linux Re-platforming, Migration of existing N-power AIX servers to SLES Linux.
• Clarifying Customer system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business; Planning and migration of servers & datacenters based on requirement, playing a lead role in migrating critical business legacy UNIX servers from old Datacenter to New Datacenter with minimal impact on business.
• SOLARIS/AIX/Linux Infrastructure Consultation
• DC infrastructure Virtualization, Consolidation, Migrations and Transformation
• Infrastructure project management and delivery
• Service and process Automation/Orchestration
• Involved in analyzing the IT requirements of the customer and giving independent solutions and suggestions.
• Analysis of technical issues and permanent fix/solution. Developing agreed solutions and implementing new systems.
• Backup solution design & implementation.
• Meeting with customer to determine requirements and also to define the scope of a project.
• Providing an complex SAP/Oracle & SAP Hana environment for both AIX & Linux
• Providing Operating system & hardware support.
• Providing a Unix Security services for roles and user management.
• Deliver and support to SAP Hana environment for built & congifuration.
• Providing Unix ServiceS in Public Clouds (AWS and Azure)
• Automated installation and deinstallation of Linux servers and software
• Vulnerability Management and patching of Linux/AIXs OS
• Deliver and support OpenStack & CEPH services
