Your new responsibilities

• Individual contributor for new process introduction/R&D.
• Equipment and Process Sr Key experts in Lithography. Develop (or transfer from Rbg) new processes to support the untill Process release. Manage own process projects independently and work on project closure as per timeline planned effectively, well-designed experiments and write clear, concise technical reports documenting the results.
• Provide guidance, support, & training to junior/ new hired engineers on stepper equipment process knowledge.
• Key interface between Process RnD Rbg for new processes and technologies, be the expert for Sapphire plasma etch and coating technologies, have a detailled market overview.
• Deep involvement on new product introduction to ensure smooth transition & ramp up of new products.
• Enforce standardization for processes accross different platforms and phase in new processes accordingly.
• Work closely with FE Process and Production group to drive for improvments, able to suggest process alternatives and evaluate different options that may provide improved etch performance and higher process margins.

What we look for

• B.Sc, Ph.D B.Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Electrical Engineering or similar field
• Microsoft Office, Project management skills, FMEA, Statistics, 8D, 6sigma Green Belt
• Strong Process technical knowledge and project managemment skills. Good interpersonal skills, responsible, accountable, initiative, & able handle stress.
