Responsibilities
Handle a diverse range of commercial litigation matters and intellectual property disputes.
Handle litigation & trial work independently
Draft pleadings, submissions, and correspondence with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
Engage directly with clients and counsel to manage litigation files effectively.
Requirements
Qualified lawyer with 4to7 years PQE in general/IP litigation
Excellent drafting and communication skills in English
Regional exposure and ability to work in an international environment
This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
